Transportation

Warren St and W. B'way.

Only in New York.

Sabon Well

Spring St. between B'way and Mercer.

I am always amused by window display of Sabon stores.
It is detail-oriented yet has a strongly-defined single theme.

Details as unity creates a strong force.

Meats n' Poultry

Elizabeth St. between Houston & Prince.

This shop, Oh, amazing.
It is breath-taking when you discover this classic mom-n-pop shop, as you walk thorough the fashionista-hipsta district of Nolita with full of expensive clothing, jewerly and etc.
Standing infront, time stops, the moment lasts, and Albanese Meats & Poultry governs the world.
Its magical power makes us believe that Meat & Poultry is the coolest accessory, which surely never goes out of style.

Housing, that Works

Chamber St. between W. B'way and Church.

Today, I checked out the opening of the brand-new Housing Work Thrift Shop in TriBeCa. One of the host was, the girl-power biz mogul, Charlotte Ronson.

This glam thrift shop has one-of-a-kind coolness. It is "Salvation Army meets Steven Alan happening at your rich friend's loft in TriBeCa" type of cool.Merchandising has a lot more "room" to improve, but definetely it's got the freshly new concept of its genre --- the "Concept" Thrift shop.

Housing Works is an organiztion which provides people livinf with HIV and AIDS tools to leads healthy and rewarding lives. Fore more info, please visit www.housingworks.org.

Even A Yellow Mustard Tee Gets Love

Kenmare St. at Lafeyette.

Infamous, La Esquina Taqueria and Cafe.

What's cool about this place? -- Being able to place these drink bottles in an effortless yet calculated way.

And also, this is the only place in Manhattan where a simple yellow T-shirt will be fully complimented.

Mr. Marc Jacobs.

I know he is about to marry a guy and all.
But he is sOOooOOOooo HOT.

And, I love his philosophy.

And, he is HOT.

Next to POP

Murray St and West Broadway.

So, tell me, somebody.
When.... When will it be the arrival of the next-it cultural intelligent to describe, in a single word, the post-popism culture of the very moment?
I DESPERATELY need the word right now.

And, whoever comes up with it, will govern the world.

REAL, what counts

Bloomingdales at Soho.

I was passing by its back door on Crosby between Broome and Spring and saw 3 fashion-executive people; the shiny sunglasses, the polished satchel, and the crisp attire. I wondered how much they know the real retail front.

Retail Front...
It is where the REAL money gets deposited to a business.
It is where the REAL people, customers and clerks, deal and exchange, warmth and coldness, rudeness and kindness, laughter and opinions... and most importantly the REAL money and the REAL products.

The three fashion excs can exist in this world, because this world-just like the retail world-is REAL.

Never, EVER, forget that, you three fashionexcs.

Yes, REAL is what counts, you know?

THE STORE

I was at Le Labo.

Consuming its sexy biz concept. From the perfume bottles, the candles in the tin cans, the labo bar, the notebooks on the study-desk, the beakers and the fedex-labeled packages that were stacked effortlessly on the ground. And, the color, the lights, the smell and the moment of the space...

Every element was going towards the same (and the right) direction.

Every element just made CLEAR sense to me.

The moment, I felt....

And, that was it.

I was just in LOVE with the store.

So here I am.
Have a little thing to say about what I feel about stores I step in everyday.

From...

The streets in

New York City.

That's all.
